1. How do I place an order?

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Modifications or cancellations are not allowed once an order is submitted. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.
4. How long will it take for my order to arrive, and can I track it?
Orders are usually processed within 2 working days and delivered nationwide across Malaysia. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
5. Are the products on AcuPet genuine?
Yes. All products are sourced from authorized suppliers, so you can shop with confidence knowing they are 100% authentic.
6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact our chat support immediately. We’ll assist you to arrange a replacement or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Can I return my order if I change my mind?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind orders. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our chat support and we will assist you promptly.
8. Can I order online and pick up at the store?
No, all orders must be placed and paid for online. There is no in-store pickup option.
9. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, payment must be completed online during checkout before we ship your order.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we deliver only within Malaysia.
